Ops Specialist- Project Analyst- Funds Transfer

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Project Analyst to support project initiatives within the Funds Transfer organization. This role works closely with project teams throughout the project lifecycle, assisting with testing, implementation activities, defect management, reporting, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. This position offers valuable exposure to project management, testing, and operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Project Support

• Participate in all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Design support
  • Testing preparation and execution
  • Implementation and deployment activities
• Execute test scripts accurately and within established timelines
• Identify, document, escalate, and track defects through resolution
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities
• Support project reporting, status tracking, and documentation
• Help resolve project issues and challenges to keep initiatives moving forward
• Represent the Funds Transfer team on cross-functional project initiatives when required

Team Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with project team members and internal stakeholders
• Respond proactively to project needs and assist in mitigating potential issues
• Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and business partners
• Participate in team meetings and project discussions

Operational Excellence

• Complete assignments accurately and within deadlines
• Support process improvement efforts to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and deliverables
• Contribute to achieving project milestones and organizational objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, testing efforts, or operational initiatives
• Exposure to the project lifecycle, project coordination, or project management methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking, testing documentation, or user acceptance testing
• Background in financial services, banking operations, or funds transfer processes
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis
