Overview

We are seeking an Operations Project Analyst to support project initiatives within a Funds Transfer operations team. This role plays a key part in project execution by assisting with testing, implementation, defect management, reporting, and process support throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in both team and independent environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in project coordination, operations, and financial services.

Responsibilities

Project Support

• Participate in all phases of project execution, including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Design support
  • Testing and validation
  • Implementation activities
• Assist with test preparation and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, document, escalate, and track defects throughout the testing process
• Ensure test scripts and project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
• Help resolve project issues and challenges to keep initiatives moving forward
• Support reporting and project tracking activities
• Represent the Funds Transfer team in cross-functional projects when needed

Collaboration & Communication

• Build effective working relationships with project team members and internal stakeholders
• Communicate professionally and constructively across teams
• Respond proactively to project and team needs
• Escalate risks, issues, and defects appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, operations, or business process initiatives
• Familiarity with project lifecycle concepts, testing, implementation, or change management
• Financial services, banking operations, or funds transfer experience
• Experience with defect tracking, testing documentation, or project reporting
• Exposure to project management tools and methodologies
