Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

What You'll Do as a Lab Technician:- Perform production and manufacturing tasks related to prescription lens fabrication
- Inspect and verify products meet quality specifications and standards
- Complete accurate written and computer-based production records
- Conduct detailed visual inspections using inspection equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Work at multiple production stations and cross-train in different areas as needed
- Participate in team meetings focused on productivity and continuous improvement
What You Need to Bring to the Lab Technician Role:- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities
- Manufacturing, production, quality inspection, or optical lab experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided
