Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Provide guidance on eyewear selection and fitting.
• Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain inventory of optical products and supplies.
• Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
• Assist in the training of new staff members.
• Collaborate with the eye care team to enhance patient experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an optical setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
