    Job Title: Optical Sales Associate
    Location: Massapequa, NY – Onsite
    Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 10am-6pm
    Licensing: Not required

    Position Overview
    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate / Account Representative to support both business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (B2C) operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will work closely with optical accounts while also assisting patients, contributing directly to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver outstanding customer service that drives repeat business (B2B) and word-of-mouth referrals (B2C)
    • Educate opticians and accounts on products, pricing, and promotions to increase sales and engagement
    • Assist patients by directing them to appropriate optical accounts for their eyewear needs
    • Maintain strong product knowledge, including frames, lenses, coatings, and basic insurance information
    • Support merchandising efforts, including inventory tracking and display organization
    • Follow up with clients regarding orders, shipping/tracking, and overall satisfaction
    • Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflow and strengthen account relationships
    • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment

    Qualifications
    • Previous experience in optical, retail sales, medical office, or customer-facing roles preferred
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable working toward sales goals and upselling in a customer-focused manner
    • Professional demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Licensing not required; training will be provided
