Award winning team with exceptional work environment. *Six Paid Statutory Holidays after 90 days probationary period. *One Week Paid Vacation Bonus after six months / 1960 regular hours. *Weekly pay by direct deposit. *Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews)Job Description: Duties include:* Manages Toller relationships, including raw materials, capacity planning and feedstock supply for Toller to ensure enough time is allowed for production repacking material to meet customer demands* Oversees inventory and supply planning responsibilities for assigned plants and/or warehouses* Maintains capacity plans, production schedules (work closely with Plant & Local Planning), and/or finite schedules to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives* For some locations/plants, responsibilities may also include inventory stock transfer and replenishment responsibilities* Oversees deployment planning responsibilities for assigned customer and distribution points. Goal is to minimize freight expense by utilizing rail modes instead of bulk trucks, while still maximizing service* Inventory Management - provide input on Old Age material to determine action required to initiate salvage or disposal of product* Track plant/business performance KPI"s to the established supply chain plan such as OTIF, Plant Adherence, Freight Premium, and Old Age Review* Identifies ways to improve supply planning processes and tools for assigned areas* Provides supply planning expertise to the commercialization of new products or resolution of key inventory shortage issuesAdditional duties to support safety and operation of the department can include:* Support Barberton EHSLT Committee and Subcommittees as requested* Support HOP process through interactions and Pre-Task BriefsRequires:* Bachelor"s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or in Operations/Supply Planning* At least 5 years of experience in a planning environment* Previous experience in a Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management environment is strongly desirable* APICS certification as a CPIM is beneficial* SAP experience a plus* Must be proficient in the use of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and other desktop applications for modeling.* Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing dynamic environment* Ability to build strong work relationships is essentialSuccess Factors - Prime Success Factors (focus on results, drive change, promote teamwork, build trust & respect, and understand market & customer perspective) plus the following:* Plan and organize* Manage complexity* Communicate and Share Information* Take Responsibility* Business KnowledgeIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
