Position Overview:
The Optics Technician provides technical support for all aspects of the RPO ISO 9001 Quality Management System. May be required to assist with inspection of material and product while creating, maintaining, and controlling the related records and procedures per customer requirements. May be required to provide guidance and direction in completing a variety of tasks in support of Operations. Occasionally performs related processes such as product cleaning, sorting, and defect classification. Must be capable of supporting various manufacturing, coating, and assembly operations. Ensures the support of the shipment of products with data gathering, analysis, reporting, and conformance verifications. Must be capable of initiating and supporting trouble-shooting and problem-solving actions. May work in a cleanroom environment and low-light areas.
