Looking for a full-time Optometrist that will enjoy full-scope Optometry including Medical to join a well-established practice in Hickory, North Carolina!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Greater of: $205,000 Base or 16% of Revenue
• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $15,000 Retention Bonus after 3 years
• 401(k) with 4% employer match
• 3 weeks of PTO (increases over time)

• Float between 2 offices - only 25 minutes apart!
• Statesville & Hickory
• Monday-Friday
• No weekends!
• 8:00am-5:00pm
