What You'll Do
- Deliver full-scope optometric care to an educated, engaged patient community
- See a comfortable, well-managed patient load of ~20 per day
- Collaborate directly with in-house MDs for seamless referrals within your own practice
- Work across multiple lanes supported by advanced diagnostics
- Contribute to our dry eye clinic, aesthetic services, and specialty care
- Learn, teach, and grow with a team of experienced colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) with an active or obtainable North Carolina license
- Passion for full-scope, patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Commitment to clinical quality and the kind of experience that earns 5-star reviews
- Interest in long-term growth—including future ASC ownership
Bonus Points
- Experience with dry eye management or aesthetic services
