COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:
- $180,000 Base Salary + multiple Productivity-based Incentive Bonus opportunities
- Potential to make $250,000-$260,000 a year through straight production model long term

ABOUT THE PRACTICE:
- Founded in 1922 and became the first Ophthalmology practice in Central Maine.
- Our mission is to carry on the goal to deliver individualized medical and surgical eye care with compassion.
- Elite group of 4 MDs and 4 ODs
- Practice continues to grow and so we are in need of: Two (2) Full Time/Part Time Optometrists
- Total of 4 locations in Maine
- Incoming OD(s) will practice in the Waterville location
DETAILS:
- 20-22 patients per day (before Covid it was 25-30 and we hope to get back there)
- Technician & support staff
- Days: 5-day work week + at least 1 Saturday per month
- Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Perform comprehensive eye exam
- Prescribe treatments to Ocular Diseases
- Collaborate with our Ophthalmologists
- In order to ensure quality eye care and customer service, we pride our practice with a state-of-the-art facility, comprising of 3 exam lanes and the latest tools and equipment including but not limited to:
- OCT
- Optos
- Visual Field
- Autorefractor
