Optometrist - Full Time (4 Day Work Week Option) + No Weekends - $160,000+ Potential - Warrensburg, MO (less than 1 hour to Kansas City!)

Join a well-established group practice with 4 other ODs in Warrensburg, Missouri! 

Located in a beautiful college town accessible to Kansas City, we’re looking for an OD who’s ready to become part of the community and focus on excellent patient care! Be busy Day 1! 

DETAILS

• Full Scope with heavy Medical
• Vision Therapy onsite
• Ability to add in specialties
• At least 3 patients an hour
• Updated technology including: OCT, Optos, Visual Field, EMR
• Strong OD support!
• Practice Manager, Scribing Techs, & Optical Staff
• The incoming OD will take over a well-established patient base

SCHEDULE

• 4-, 4.5-, or 5-day work week! 
• Monday-Friday
• 8AM-5PM
• Can do a half-day on Friday
• No weekends!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $65 per hour or 16% of Production, whichever is greater
• Potential to make $160,000+ annually   
• PTO: 120 hours for Year 1 (increases over time)
• Can carry over up to 40 hours unused PTO hours
