DETAILS

• Full-Time Float
• 4-5 days per week
• 2 Saturday per month required (will have a weekday off when working a Saturday)
• Must be willing to float to all of the following offices:
• Antioch (primary)
• Lakemoor, Crystal Lake, Woodstock (secondary)
• Occassional coverage: Huntley & Algonquin
• Primary Care with Medical Billing
• Set your own patient schedule - choose between 15-, 20- or 30-minute exam slots

• $36,000 New Grad Incentive available for all 2026 OD Grads and 2026 OD Residents

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
