DETAILS

• Full-Time Float
• Locations: Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, & Altoona
• 5 days per week
• 2 Saturday per month required (will have a weekday off when working a Saturday)
• Primary Care with Medical Billing
• Set your own patient schedule - choose between 15-, 20- or 30-minute exam slots

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $150,000 Salary + Bonuses
• $36,000 New Grad Incentive available for all 2026 OD Grads and 2026 OD Residents
• Up to $10,000 Relocation Allowance available
