• Alamosa, Colorado

• Full Time: 5-day work week
• Monday-Friday
• No Weekends
• Medical + Routine
• 20-22 exams per day
• OCT, Visual Field, Optos

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $160,000 Base + 12% Production Bonus
• Up to a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Retention Bonus: $5,000-$10,000, years 2-5
