We are seeking a dedicated and personable Optometrist to join our growing family in North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about full-scope optometry and eager to provide total vision care to an established and loyal patient base. In this role, you will have the autonomy to practice at the highest-level while being supported by a collaborative team that values your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care to a diverse patient population.

• Diagnosing and managing ocular diseases

• Fit and manage specialty contact lenses.

• Collaborate with our optical team to ensure patients receive the best eyewear solutions from our fully stocked optical dispensary.

• Build lasting relationships with patients, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Practice Highlights & Technology:
Step into a practice designed for clinical success. We invest in advanced diagnostic technology to support your clinical decisions, including:

• Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

• Visual Field Analysis

• Autorefractors

• Modern exam lanes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.

• Current licensure to practice optometry in the state of North Carolina.

• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mentality.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a support team of technicians and opticians.

Compensation & Benefits:
We believe in rewarding our doctors for their dedication and skill. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Salary: New York pay with a lower cost of living in North Carolina
• 4 day work week: Wednesday -Saturday schedule

• Estimated income of $175-250k
