We are seeking a medically oriented Optometrist to join our surgical-focused Ophthalmology group in Greensboro, Georgia!

Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Compensation and Benefits! 

• Partnership opportunities available within 24 months (equity buy-in up to $100K)
• $25,000 Sign-on bonus

• $140-160k Base + production model (2 options) 
• After 3x the base in collections –you will make 30% of collections in bonus or 
• Straight percentage of net collections with a guarantee base salary year 1
• *Starting salary is based on experience

Practice Details + Schedule 

• 3+ patients per hour
• Tech & scribe support to optimize efficiency
• Shared call schedule split evenly with all MDs and ODs in the practice

• 5 days/week; some offices may offer 4-day option
