Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $119.35

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive eye examinations and optometric services to diverse patient populations
Diagnose and manage eye conditions, including refractive errors and ocular diseases
Educate patients on eye health and prescribe corrective lenses or treatments
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care
Document patient interactions accurately using EMR systems
Participate in training and shadowing sessions to ensure smooth onboarding
Support clinic operations by maintaining a clean and organized work environment
What You Need
Active Pennsylvania Optometrist license
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in optometry practice
Strong communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) speakers highly preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Drive-in candidates strongly preferred for local availability
Must pass background checks and credentialing processes within 60-90 days
