Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $119.35

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations and optometric services to diverse patient populations
• Diagnose and manage eye conditions, including refractive errors and ocular diseases
• Educate patients on eye health and prescribe corrective lenses or treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care
• Document patient interactions accurately using EMR systems
• Participate in training and shadowing sessions to ensure smooth onboarding
• Support clinic operations by maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What You Need

• Active Pennsylvania Optometrist license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in optometry practice
• Strong communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) speakers highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Drive-in candidates strongly preferred for local availability
• Must pass background checks and credentialing processes within 60-90 days
