We are seeking a part-time Optometrist to join a well-established private practice in Newberry, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about providing primary eye care, managing ocular disease, and practicing with advanced diagnostic technology!

Practice Highlights

• Private practice setting
• Focus on primary eye care and ocular disease
• Two fully equipped exam lanes
• Digital phoropters, Eidon wide-field fundus camera, Topcon Maestro2 HD-OCT, Corneal topographer and meibographer, Low-level light therapy and IPL, Visual field and RETeval testing, Rabin Cone Contrast Sensitivity testing
• Scribe support available if desired
• Macular and optic nerve OCTs are standard with all comprehensive examinations

Schedule

• Part-time
• 2-4 days per week
• Flexible schedule based on the number of days worked

Compensation + Benefits

• Base Salary + Production Bonus
• 2-day work week: $60,000 base salary
• 4-day work week: $120,000 base salary
• Production Bonus equal to 15% of revenue produced after salary
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $5,000 in annual Student Loan Reimbursement
• 10-20 days of PTO (based on the number of days worked per week)
• Additional PTO for all major holidays
• Paid continuing education
• Professional dues covered
• Malpractice and liability insurance paid
• 3% employer match for IRA contributions
