Optometrist | Private Practice

A leading private optometry practice is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Medical Optometrist to join its flagship medical eye care team. Position Overview:

The Medical Optometrist will provide full-scope medical optometric care, with a strong focus on the diagnosis and management of ocular disease, advanced technology, and continuous clinical growth. Candidates who are passionate about patient care, eager to embrace advanced diagnostic technology, and committed to ongoing learning are encouraged to apply. Both experienced optometrists and new graduates will be considered, with comprehensive mentorship available.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $130,000 or 20% of collections (whichever is greater); first-year earnings potential of approximately $230,000.
• Up to $150,000 in student loan repayment support during the first one to two years.
• Sign-on and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Practice Environment:

The practice features state-of-the-art technology, including OCT, Optos ultra-widefield imaging for all routine exams, electroretinography (ERG), meibography, IPL and radiofrequency for dry eye management, digital refraction systems, specialty and scleral contact lenses, and in-office ophthalmic laser procedures. Each doctor is paired with a dedicated scribe to streamline workflow and maximize time with patients.
