A well-established, multi-location optometric practice is seeking a motivated associate optometrist to join their dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, including the potential for future ownership of the practice—though an ownership interest is not required.
Practice Highlights:
- Known for delivering personalized, patient-centered care with a strong referral network of doctors, hospitals, and specialists
- Comprehensive services: primary eye care, contact lenses, ocular disease management, with a focus on pediatrics, vision therapy, and rehabilitation
- Open to expanding services; candidates with an interest in sports vision, OrthoK, and specialty lens fits are encouraged to apply
- State-of-the-art technology: multiple refraction lanes, OCT, Visual Fields, OPTOS, or Maestro available at all locations
- * Supportive team environment: front desk staff, pretesting technicians, optical support, and cross-trained vision therapists
Role Details:
- Schedule: Part-time or Full-time
- Patient flow: Typically two patients per hour, with 15-minute emergency visits, 30-minute routine exams, and 45-minute appointments for complex/new patients
- Compensation: $70 to $80 per hour, depending on experience
