Optometry Technician

We are looking for a professional person to join our Optometry practice who is dependable and able to provide excellent customer service. Must have knowledge of Electronic Medical Records system. Experience in an optometry office is essential. Includes Saturdays.

Position responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Patient preliminary testing
• Obtain medical and ophthalmic history
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms
• Teaching patients how to use and handle contact lenses
• Assist in Contact Lens Inventory

May assist in the following as needed:

• Scheduling patient appointments and Checking them in
• Maintain office cleanliness

Qualities Sought:

• Strong ability to multi-task
• Use of Electronic Medical Records
• Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

All staff required to be vaccinated and wear masks during patient care.
