Job Opportunity
Home care agency seeking someone with OPWDD, CHHA, and Pediatric Code 95 experience to help oversee and manage pediatric services.
Location: Brooklyn and Bronx, NY
Salary: $80K–$110K (based on experience)
Schedule:
- 4 days in the field
- 1 day in the Brooklyn office
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of pediatric cases
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD and CHHA regulations
- Coordinate with nurses, coordinators, and families
- Manage authorizations and support case growth
Requirements:
- Experience with OPWDD / CHHA pediatric services
- Knowledge of Pediatric Code 95
- Strong organizational and communication skills
