    Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager - Sacramento

    We are seeking an engaged and visible OR Assistant Nurse Manager for a hospital in the Sacramento Area. This permanent leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee the main OR .

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the periop department.
    • Champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all perioperative areas.
    • Lead department planning, budgeting, staffing, and development to support organizational goals and community needs.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Registered Nurse with an active CA RN license
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required

    • Minimum of 2 years of staff Operating Room experience and 1 year of leadership experience

    • Strong knowledge of unions and regulatory requirements
    • Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams, building strong provider relationships, and driving measurable outcomes
