Surgery Scheduler - Corvallis OR
Location : Corvallis OR 97330

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule procedures/surgeries per physician orders.
- Answer incoming calls from patients regarding preparation instructions for upcoming procedures.
- Provide clear, accurate, and compassionate guidance while addressing patient questions and concerns.
- Ensure patients understand required preparation steps to support a positive care experience.
Experience/Education/Qualifications
- NOTE: Previous Surgery/Procedure Scheduling experience is required.
- Preference given to those that have EPIC experience. Manager will only consider those that are local.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience and/or training in a position of similar responsibility and complexity required.
- Experience and/or training with medical/insurance terminology preferred.
