Job Title: OR – Med Surg/Telemetry RN – Night
Location: Corvallis, OR 97330
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Rotating Weekends
Bed Size: 150–500
EMR: EPIC
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced RN to provide care for medical-surgical, telemetry, and post-surgical patients in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care to Med Surg and post-surgical patients
Monitor telemetry patients and respond to cardiac events
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC
Support unit safety standards and clinical policies
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
BLS (Healthcare Provider Level) required
ACLS (AHA) required
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg, Telemetry, or acute care experience
EPIC EMR experience required
Orthopedic and Bariatric experience preferred
