JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEPerforms minor maintenance, diagnosis and repair of equipment, physical systems and structures within assigned facilities.DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONPlant engineering oversees maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients and visitors through the installation, preventative maintenance and repair of building and grounds infrastructure and equipment.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent required.One (1) year experience in the electrical/mechanical field of building maintenance required. Hospital maintenance experience preferred.
