Pay: $2621 - $3158 | Shift: Rotating 5x8 Days, Monday to Friday

Join our healthcare partner's team and bring your expertise to a facility that values your skills and dedication. As an RNFA, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures and patient outcomes.
- Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of procedures and patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations at least twice per week and every third weekend
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an RNFA
- Experience in primary spine, ortho, and robotic surgeries
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
