Work closely with staff members to ensure knowledge and performance expectations, as well as taking the lead on performance improvement initiatives. What qualifications you will need: POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: In addition to OR CST: · Must have a minimum of two years of surgical experience in specialty responsible for leading. · Must possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills including Meditech experience. · Desire to assist patients and care team to achieve quality outcomes. · CNOR, if applicable. · Current BLS upon hire Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (RN) Registered Nurse, or (CSFA) Certified Surgical First AssistantMasters Degree, or Certificate, or Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree No Travel Required 2 years experience Required Years of Experience Benefits TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
