Essential Functions:
Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrate ability and proficiency in: ? Planning and coordinating complex projects ? Working independently ? Negotiating effectively ? Communicating with all levels of the organization ? Working effectively with others ? Providing training for staff, faculty and leaders ? Utilizing MS Office software ? Coordinate and lead OD projects, events, and training programs. Manage project planning, implementation and evaluation. Provide training for staff and leadership development
Education / Experience: Bachelor?s degree and three years experience in organizational development, training, or human resources, including experience with project management and events planning.
