What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care on rotating day/evening shifts
- Act as circulating and scrub technician for diverse surgical procedures
- Assist with robotic, neuro, thoracic, ENT, and multiple other specialties
- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and healthcare providers
- Prepare for a variety of surgical procedures including oncologic, neuro, thoracic, ENT, and robotics surgeries
- Support patient safety and outcome optimization throughout procedures
What You Need
- Valid license/certification to practice as an OR Tech / Surgical Tech
- Minimum of 3 years of OR circulating and scrub experience
- Proficiency in robotic, neuro, thoracic, and ENT procedures
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-service environment
- Highly proficient in assisting during complex surgeries including craniotomies, skull base, endoscopic, and robotic surgeries
