Join Our Team as an OR Tech / Surgical Tech in Surgical Services

This vital role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of specialized procedures, supporting excellent surgical outcomes through your technical expertise and collaborative spirit. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of perioperative experience
- Certified in BCLS
- Proficiency in circulating and scrubbing techniques
- Extensive EPIC EMR system experience
- Expertise in robotic surgery, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, ENT procedures
- Experience across multiple surgical services including ENT/Plastics (flaps/microvascular), endoscopic (Bronch, EGD, EBUS, LS), neuro (craniotomy, EEA, skull base), thoracic, and robotics
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications such as CNOR
- Experience with complex reconstructive or microsurgical procedures
- Ability to adapt to various surgical teams and environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant Surgical Technology certification
- At least 3 years of hands-on operating room experience in diverse surgical specialties
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work day/evening rotating shifts, including call and weekends as needed (not guaranteed for 4x10s)
- Ability to maintain high standards of patient safety and record documentation
- Prepared to scrub across multiple service lines, including Oncology, Urology, GYN, Head & Neck, Neuro, Ortho, Plastics, and more
