Pay Range: $65- $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead Solution Architect for Oracle 26 AI-based enterprise applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle AI solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Analyze complex business and technical challenges and deliver end-to-end solution designs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve critical incidents.
  • Identify application and infrastructure vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support and enhance ESPP and Equity Management systems and related business processes.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Review system architecture and recommend improvements aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Mentor development teams and provide guidance on Oracle AI best practices.
  • Support production releases, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 26 AI (latest version) – required.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle-based environments.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise application development and production support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Knowledge of application security, vulnerability assessment, and remediation practices.
  • Experience supporting or implementing ESPP and Equity Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management-related systems and integrations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
