NIRA, Inc., a rapidly expanding woman-owned small business, is seeking a Oracle ADF/Java Developer to join our team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). You will work closely with government project managers and engineers to support the program. Be part of a mission that not only advances technology but also ensures the safety and efficiency of US aviation on a grand scale.Key responsibilities include:Design, develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and Java/J2EE technologies.Develop reusable components, business services, task flows, and user interfaces using Oracle ADF.Perform code analysis, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of Oracle ADF applications.Develop SOAP and REST web services.Design and implement integrations using Oracle Consulting's Project Integration Framework (PIF); configure and customize PIF components based on business requirements. Troubleshoot integration issues across distributed applications.Key position requirements:Must be a US citizen or a Permanent Resident; ability to obtain Public Trust clearanceMust have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or relevant field.Must have either Master's degree + 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 10 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience developing enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and Java/J2EE.Strong experience with Oracle SOA Suite and enterprise integrations.Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Consulting's Project Integration Framework (PIF).Experience using Splunk for monitoring, troubleshooting, and log analysis.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.Exceptional oral and written communication organizational, critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions skillsDesired Experiences:Experience working with federal governmentOracle Certified Professional (Java).
