Oracle Application Tester

Danta Rate: $50/hr on W2

We have an urgent requirement for 8 Oracle Application Tester resources to support a high-priority client project. Please review the requirements carefully and submit only candidates who closely match the profile outlined below.
Location Requirement

• Local candidates preferred in the Bay Area, CA.
• Candidates who are willing to relocate to the Bay Area or Menlo Park, CA immediately will also be considered.
• This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to work onsite 3 days per week. Based on client needs, the onsite requirement may increase to 5 days per week.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a strong Oracle Finance and/or Oracle SCM Functional Analyst/Consultant with deep functional expertise and business process knowledge.
Please note:

• We are not looking for traditional QA/Test Engineers whose Oracle experience is limited to testing activities on a few projects.
• Candidates should have a strong functional background and be capable of understanding complex Oracle business processes and implementations.

Suitable backgrounds include:

• Oracle Functional Consultant
• Oracle Business Analyst
• Functional Systems Analyst
• Oracle Implementation Consultant

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Oracle Finance and/or Oracle SCM business processes, implementations, and integrations.
• Ability to quickly understand and evaluate client-specific Oracle environments and third-party system integrations.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and solution implementations.
• Proven ability to design and develop end-to-end test strategies, test plans, and business process validation scenarios.
• Experience building and maintaining comprehensive regression test suites to support ongoing releases and product quality.
• Ability to provide functional leadership and guidance to offshore QA teams responsible for test execution.
• Strong analytical skills to identify integration risks, edge cases, and business-critical scenarios to ensure complete and accurate validation.
