Description/ Responsibilities
Strong IT experience with a minimum 8-10 years focused primarily on Account Reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated experience in planning delivery, assessing risks, gathering requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solutions.
• Managed and executed at least 2 end-to-end ARCS implementations.
• Sound knowledge of Account Reconciliation processes.
• Excellent capability around writing SQL queries for completeness checks and custom reconciliation reporting.
• Experience with Transaction Matching and sub-ledger integration is a must.
• Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers.
• Well-versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate his/her thoughts clearly.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience in leading customer demos, presentations, and training.
-Ability to research application and service logs to troubleshoot application issues.
-Coordinate with internal and external technical support providers for better resolution
-Ability to work independently and support multiple deliverables simultaneously.
