Oracle Business Systems Analyst Contractor: 6-9 years (Advanced)

Role: Oracle CLM Lead
" Configure and support Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules Enterprise Contracts and the modules associated Purchasing, self-service procurement.
" Gather and document business requirements from legal, procurement, and contract teams
" Design contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and clause libraries
" Lead fit-gap analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications
" Support UAT, training, and change management for end users
" Coordinate with technical team on configuration vs. customization decisions
" 5+ years Oracle CLM/Procurement functional experience; EBS or Fusion background preferred
