Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Functional/Technical Consultant with strong experience in utility billing and customer care processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and supporting Oracle CC&B applications in utility environments.
Experience with Oracle CC&B v2.7.0.3 is preferred, and exposure to v25.4 is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) applications based on client-specific utility business requirements.
Configure and troubleshoot billing, customer care, credit & collections, field work, payments, rates, financials, and meter-related processes.
Configure new CIS divisions and dependencies.
Support Bill & Letter Composition and billing processes for gas, electricity, non-utility, and whole-bill scenarios.
Configure and support Field Activities, Sync Requests, Batch Jobs, FA/SA creation, and related CC&B processes.
Support Credit & Collections Templates and Processes.
Work with MDM interval/trend data and related integrations.
Support third-party integrations such as bill print extracts and energy-efficiency program vendors.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Prepare functional and technical design documents as required.
Develop application and business process flows.
Conduct unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT).
Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and production support.

Required Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B / Customer Care & Billing.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B.
Hands-on experience with CC&B configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.
Strong understanding of utility billing and customer care business processes.
Experience working with functional and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing functional/technical documentation and business process flows.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle CC&B v2.7.0.3.
Experience with Oracle CC&B v25.4.
Utility industry experience, particularly gas and/or electric utilities.
Experience with third-party utility integrations.
Strong understanding of CC&B configuration and implementation.
