Role Description

• Strong understanding of Oracle CC&B v2.7.0.3 and experience with v25.4.
• Experience with Bill & Letter Composition.
• Strong knowledge of Billing, including gas, electricity, non-utility, and whole billing.
• Understanding of Customer Care processes.
• Experience with Credit & Collections.
• Knowledge of Field Work and Field Activities.
• Experience with Financials.
• Understanding of Gas Transport and Meter Reading.
• Experience with Payments and Rates.
• Knowledge of Asset Management, particularly meters.
• Experience with Sync Requests and Batch Jobs.

• Experience with FA/SA creation.
• Experience with Collections Templates and Processes.

• Set up and configure Oracle CC&B applications to meet client-specific utility billing requirements.
• Prepare functional and technical design documents as needed.
• Prepare application and business process flows.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand business and technical requirements.
• Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.

Desirable Skills

• Functional expertise in Oracle Utility Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).
• Understanding of Oracle CC&B v2.7.0.3.
