Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle C2M Billing solutions for utility clients.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, billing processes, and system enhancements.
• Configure and support billing-related functionality, including billing calculations, bill generation, rate structures, and billing adjustments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand utility billing requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support end-to-end billing processes, including meter data integration, usage validation, bill calculation, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle C2M and other utility applications.
• Lead functional testing activities, including test planning, test case preparation, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
