This role is responsible for performing the essential functions listed below and requires the skills and experience described.Minimum qualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Cybersecurity Accounting Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience.4 years of experience implementing configuring or supporting Oracle Cloud security.4 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP HCM SCM or a combination of these modules.Hands-on experience withOracle Cloud security roles and role designUser provisioning and access managementSegregation of Duties SoDSecurity controlsSecurity testing and remediationBusiness and functional requirements analysisExperience supporting at least one Oracle Cloud implementation enhancement or transformation program.Experience gathering documenting and translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to Oracle Cloud functionality and security controls.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment.Ability to travel depending on client and project requirements.Job responsibilitiesGather analyze and document business functional and security requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops process analysis and review of existing systems.Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions security models and business processes.Design and configure security roles access models permissions and controls within Oracle Cloud applications.Support Oracle Cloud ERP HCM andor SCM implementations enhancements and transformation programs.Analyze business processes and translate requirements into role design user provisioning access and segregation of duties SoD requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders functional teams technical teams and client leadership to ensure successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.Conduct system security integration and user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet business and security requirements.Identify document and remediate security and functional defects and access-related issues.Support deployment and post-go-live activities including troubleshooting issue resolution and optimization.Document requirements solution designs security decisions test results defects remediation plans and implementation procedures.Provide training guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders on Oracle Cloud systems security processes and controls.Support audit compliance risk management and security remediation activities as needed.Lead or participate in client workshops requirement reviews security design sessions and solution discussions.Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.Provide clear guidance and technicalbusiness recommendations to stakeholders and team members.Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and project teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle RAC Data Guard ASM or RMAN.Experience with database migration and upgrade projects.Familiarity with cloud-based Oracle environments.Experience with database monitoring and performance management tools.Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance requirements.Oracle certifications are a plus.Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120000 to 146000 per year depending on experience skills location and internal equity.Benefits Benefits for this position will likely include the followingUnlimited paid time off.Healthcare benefits.Dental benefits.Vision benefits.Disability insurance.Life insurance benefits.Retirement benefits including 401k and a potential company match.Parental leave for both birthing up to 14 weeks of paid leave and non-birthing parents up to 4 weeks paid leave as well as adoption leave up to 8 weeks of paid leave subject to qualifications.Child hospitalization leave up to 15 paid calendar days per year subject to qualifications.Be kind to yourself day" on your anniversary subject to terms and conditions.Graduation and birthing gifts subject to eligibility.Paid Jury duty up to 4 weeks a year subject to eligibility.Paid moving days up to 2 days a year subject to eligibility.Approximately 12 paid company holidays a year.For additional information regarding benefits please see the Globant Experience Guide.Accommodations If you have a need that requires an accommodation please let us know by contacting the recruiting team at insert email.Applicant Privacy Globant will collect and process your information as a part of this application should you choose to submit it.
