As an Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Consultant, you'll design and implement finance solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Expenses, Lease Accounting, Accounting Hub, and Fixed Assets). You'll manage integration with internal modules and external applications, identify gaps, present solution options based on Oracle Financials functionality and best practices, and assess and develop reporting needs across the financial modules.

Keys to your success
Bachelor's degree;
8+ years Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience, with deep functional knowledge of Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, EXP, LA, AHCS, FA) and functional knowledge of other modules (Procurement, Projects, Grants, Core HR, Payroll);
Experience leading at least 4 full-cycle implementations as the functional consultant, including Business Process Workshops, Proof of Concept Sessions, Conference Room Pilots, SIT, UAT, go-live, and production support;
Experience writing operational reports and analytical reports using OTBI, BIP, and SQL;
Experience using ERP to mature financial processes and reporting;
Expert knowledge in financial system integration and overall ERP development, testing and support;
Superior communication skills: written, spoken and presentation, with the ability to engage and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Extra edge
Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Insurance, or Financial Services industries;
Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, OTL, Recruiting, Talent, Learning) or Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, FreeForm);
Experience leading teams up to 50 people.

Your day-to-day
Work with client Finance and Accounting functions to capture business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality;
Oversee solution design, configuration, and implementation, monitoring scope and escalating through appropriate channels when needed;
Identify gaps and advise clients on options, risks, and value propositions, including the requirements traceability matrix and ERP configuration;
Organize and facilitate functional design sessions with business users across geographies and functional areas, integrating requirements into the Cloud ERP system design;
Participate in building the reporting base for implementation using Oracle Cloud ecosystem (OTBI, BIP, FDI, etc.);
Develop use and test cases for both the implementation and Oracle Cloud ERP reports;
Support the testing team and end users through all test cycles.
