Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst - Core HR

APi Group is seeking a Oracle Cloud Analyst specializing in Core HR Payroll Absence and Time Tracking to serve as a functional analyst for our People organization. This role owns the configuration stability and continuous improvement of Core HR within Oracle HCM Cloud and acts as a key partner to the Centers of Excellence People Operations Finance and IT.You will translate business requirements into scalable system solutions ensure accurate and employee data and guide teams through system changes and quarterly Oracle releases. This role blends deep Oracle functional expertise with hands-on system configuration and leading improvements from discovery through testing and production.If you enjoy improving People processes solving complex data challenges and making enterprise systems easier for teams to use this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make an impact.What You Will DoCore HR Functional OwnershipServe as the functional owner of Core HR processes including worker lifecycle events organizational structures jobs and positionsPartner with Centers of Excellence teams to evaluate business needs and recommend system solutionsEnsure alignment between HR policies business processes and system configurationSystem Configuration & EnhancementsConfigure and maintain Oracle HCM Core HR to support evolving business requirements across Oracle Cloud HCM modules Recruiting Talent Compensation etcAssess and prioritize system changes balancing scalability data integrity and user experienceMaintain clear documentation for configuration design solutions and process changesRelease & Change ManagementLead functional preparation and communication for quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud releasesAssess impact of new features on Core HR processes and advise stakeholders on adoptionCoordinate and support regression end-to-end and user acceptance testing UATData Integrity & GovernanceEnsure accuracy and consistency of worker and organizational dataSupport data updates and reconciliation as neededPartner with the People team and IT on user access governance and periodic access reviewsReporting & InsightsDeliver Core HR operational and compliance reporting to support HR leadership and People OperationsPartner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into meaningful insightsControls Compliance & DocumentationFollow SOX change management and IT general controls ITGCs for system changesProvide documentation and audit support as requiredTraining & EnablementCreate and maintain user guides process documentation and knowledge articlesProvide functional training and support to People team membersRequiredQualificationsBachelors degree in HR Business Administration Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience4 years of Oracle Cloud HCMHRIS hands on configuration experience with deep focus on Core HRFoundational knowledge of HR business cycles data and annual business eventsExperience gathering requirements designing solutions and facilitating discussions with business stakeholdersExperience in HR reporting tools and dashboards OTBI BI PublisherExperience collaborating as part of an HR Technology team to develop best practices and drive process improvementsExperience supporting system releases and testing cyclesFamiliarity with SOX change management or audit controlsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and creating clear and user-friendly documentationPreferredQualificationsOracle HCM certification or SHRM certification Benefits and CompensationThis role is based in our New Brighton MN office. The salary range for this position is 67000-121000 depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
