Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Functional & Business Consulting
" Engage with business stakeholders to understand learning, skills, and growth requirements.
" Analyze business problems and independently propose optimal Oracle HCM solutions.
" Translate business requirements into functional designs and solution documentation.
" Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow.
Oracle HCM Configuration & Setup
" Configure and support Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow.
" Manage DFF, EFF, KFF, Lookups, and User Defined Tables (UDTs).
" Ensure configurations follow Oracle best practices and scalability standards.
Reporting, Analytics & Data
" Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
" Perform data validation and analysis using SQL.
Journeys & Fast Formula
" Design and configure Oracle Journeys.
" Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for business rules and validations.
Continuous Improvement
" Stay current with Oracle HCM quarterly releases and industry trends.
" Recommend and implement innovative learning and growth solutions.
