    The work:

    As an Oracle Cloud HCM Tester, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team's overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.

    • Coach and advise testers to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and objectives.

    This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
