TheOracleCloudReportingAnalystHCMisresponsibleforleadingthedesign,development, maintenance,and supportofHCMreports,dashboards,and analyticsusing OracleCloud reporting toolssuchasOTBIandBIPublisher.Thisroleservesasasenior-levelsubjectmatterexpertforOracle Cloud HCM reporting and partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic reporting guidance, and deliver accurate, actionable workforce insights. TheAnalystwilldrivereportingbestpractices,optimizeandenhanceexistingreportingsolutions, troubleshootcomplexreportingissues,andensuretheaccuracy,consistency,security,andreliabilityof HCM data and reporting across the organization.

MinimumQualifications:

·       Bachelor’sdegreeinInformationTechnology,DataScience,BusinessAnalytics,orarelatedfield. Equivalentworkexperiencewillbeconsidered.

·       OracleCloudCertificationinERP,HCM,orReportingstronglypreferred.

·       Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Human Capital Management (HCM) reports and dashboardsusing Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.

·       Demonstratedexperienceworkinginafast-paced,high-demandenvironmentwiththeabilityto managemultipleprioritiesand deliverhigh-qualityreporting solutionsundertighttimelines.

·       Provenexperienceoperatingataseniorlevel,partneringdirectlywithHRandbusinessleadershipto translatecomplexrequirementsintoscalablereportingandanalyticssolutions.

·       Strongexperiencedesigninganddevelopingcomplex,enterprise-levelcustomreportsand dashboards,includingworkingwithcustomdatamodelsandensuringalignmentwithbusinessand strategicobjectives.

·       Demonstratedexperiencesupportinglarge-scaleOracleCloudimplementations,upgrades,or transformationinitiativesinafast-paced,high-demandenvironment.

·       ExperiencemanagingandoptimizingdataintegrationandreportingflowsbetweenOracleCloud modules and external enterprise systems.

·       Abilitytoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervisionwhileeffectivelyengagingandpresentingto stakeholders across all levels of management within the organization.

·       Ensureallreportingsolutionsareoptimizedforperformance,accuracy,scalability,andusabilityina fast-pacedenvironment.

·       Analyzelargeandcomplexworkforcedatasetstoidentifytrends,patterns,andactionableinsights that support executive decision-making.

·       Translatecomplexanalyticalfindingsintoclear, concise,executive-readyreportsandpresentations.

·       PartnercloselywithHR,Payroll,Finance,andbusinessstakeholderstorapidlydefinerequirements and deliver high-impact reporting solutions.

·       Configure,manage,andsupportOracleCloudreportingenvironments,ensuringdataintegrityand security.
