Location: Phoenix, AZ(100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $40 - $43 n hour on W2 or C2C

Role Description:

• 1–5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) foundational capabilities, including:
  • IAM
  • VPC
  • Cloud Logging
  • Security Controls
  • Storage
  • Compute
• 1–5+ years of experience with Policy as Code (Sentinel) and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, with a focus on implementing security controls for all types of cloud-native infrastructure.
• Define and develop Policy-as-Code (Client) frameworks, including Sentinel and cloud-native policies.
• Define and develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform.
• Improve Client and security guardrails using Sentinel and native cloud policies by closely working with CNAPP to enforce secure-by-default configurations across cloud platforms.
• In-depth understanding of Public Cloud native offerings such as:
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Storage
  • Streaming
• Experience troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining root causes for customer-reported issues, as well as building tools for faster diagnosis.
• Understanding of cloud architecture to ensure high availability while maintaining the highest level of security and visibility.
• Experience securing Oracle PaaS environments, including:
  • Data Security
  • Network Security
  • Workload Isolation
  • Policy Enforcement
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Cloud Logging, Metrics, XQL, and other mechanisms.
• FinOps (Cloud) domain knowledge preferred.

• Software development experience in one of the following object-oriented programming languages:
  • Java
  • Go
  • Python

• 1–5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) foundational capabilities, including:

• Experience defining and developing Policy-as-Code frameworks, including Sentinel and cloud-native policies.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, particularly Terraform.
• Experience improving Client and security guardrails using Sentinel and native cloud policies.
• Experience working with CNAPP to enforce secure-by-default configurations across cloud platforms.
• In-depth understanding of Public Cloud native offerings such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Storage, and Streaming.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, high availability, security, and visibility.
• Experience securing Oracle PaaS environments, including data security, network security, workload isolation, and policy enforcement.
