Job Description

Overview:

The Oracle Cloud Technical Solutions Lead is a high-impact opportunity to serve as the technical owner of QXO’s Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem, leading solutions across ERP, OTM, and OIC that power supply chain, operations, and finance. You’ll have the opportunity to shape architecture, build scalable integrations, improve system performance, and establish technical standards—not simply maintain an existing environment. As QXO continues to grow through transformation and acquisitions, your work will directly influence how new businesses are integrated and how the company scales its Oracle Cloud landscape.

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products serving an $800 billion market. The company’s mission is to modernize the building products industry through advanced technology and a best-in-class customer experience. QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, the second-largest distributor of roofing products, the second-largest publicly traded distributor of lumber and building materials, and the largest distributor of waterproofing products. The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth. For more information, visit QXO.com.

What you will do::
  • Serve as the technical owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across enterprise supply chain and operational systems.
  • Drive end-to-end solution delivery including architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting and IT to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce integration architecture standards, development best practices, and governance.
  • Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of ERP integrations, reporting, and data flows supporting business operations.
  • Design and build integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and file-based interfaces.
  • Own integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Manage inbound and outbound integrations across Oracle ERP, OTM, third-party applications and data platforms.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and automation to improve scalability and reliability.
  • Administer and manage OIC, including connections, adapters, security, certificates, agents, and environments.
  • Design integration flows with robust orchestration, routing, and error handling.
  • Lead daily technical support activities, monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve integration failures.
  • Manage code promotion and deployment across environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to reduce operational risk.
  • Design and support reporting solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, and dashboards.
  • Lead data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities for ERP initiatives, onboarding acquired companies and other enterprise changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and reconciliation across systems.
  • Support enterprise data integrations and reporting processes with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
  • Support Oracle quarterly updates, including impact analysis and regression validation.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues, integration gaps, and technical debt.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
  • Lead and implement technical solutions for onboarding acquired companies into QXO’s Oracle Cloud Landscape, including data migration and integration.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve system defects, service requests, and enhancement opportunities.
What you will bring::

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical experience

  • Strong communication and business partnership skills
  • Ability to influence technical decisions across teams
