Knowledge of performance tuning techniques in oracle databases. 4. Familiarity with oracle sql developer or similar tools. 5. Understanding of database security principles. 6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) PL/SQL Developer is preferred.
