A leading enterprise organization within the retail and e-commerce industry is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of enterprise incentive compensation programs.
This is a hands-on consulting role focused on configuring Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Incentive Compensation (ICP), translating complex business compensation models into scalable system configurations, and ensuring accurate commission and bonus calculations through enterprise data integrations.

What You'll Tackle:
Configure and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Incentive Compensation (ICP) solutions.
Translate business compensation models and spreadsheet-based calculations into scalable Oracle EBS configurations.
Design and configure incentive compensation plans with complex eligibility rules and payout logic.
Build and validate commission and bonus calculation rules.
Integrate payroll, sales, and other enterprise data sources into Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation.
Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accurate compensation calculations.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system improvements.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation throughout implementation activities.
Document business rules, configuration decisions, and implementation processes.
Ensure compensation programs align with business policies and operational requirements.
Provide functional expertise and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS
Five or more years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation (ICP).
Experience configuring incentive compensation, commission, or bonus programs.
Experience implementing complex eligibility rules and compensation calculations.
Experience integrating payroll, sales, and operational data into Oracle EBS.
Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Experience translating spreadsheet-based business logic into enterprise system configurations.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or multi-location organizations.
Experience configuring store-level or employee incentive compensation programs.
Knowledge of payroll integration processes.
Experience supporting Oracle Financials or Oracle ERP implementations.
Experience with data migration, reporting, or enterprise system modernization initiatives.
Consulting experience within large enterprise environments.
