Immediate need for a talented Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Key Responsibilities: Seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant with strong end-to-end experience across all HR modules to support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities. Support and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, OTL, Payroll, OAB, SSHR, and iRecruitment Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions Handle testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and post-go-live support Work closely with technical teams on integrations and customizations Resolve production issues and drive process improvements Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Oracle, HRMS, SSHR, Payroll, Core HR, EB Hands-on experience with all Oracle EBS HRMS modules Strong functional knowledge of HR processes Experience in implementations and support projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
